マンションリノベーションのキッチンづくりが始まりました
先日、マンションのフルリノベーションでキッチンを製作させていただいた工務店 「エスプラス」さん とのコラボレーションキッチンづくりがスタートしました。
以前から「いつかキッチンを注文したい」と言ってくださっていて、私たちもいつかご一緒できたらと願っていたので、今回その想いが叶い、夢のような気持ちです。

マンションリノベの面白さと専門性
マンションのリノベーションは、戸建てとは工事の進め方もつくり方もまったく違います。
一度すべての部屋を解体して コンクリートむき出しの“スケルトン”状態に戻し、そこから新しい暮らしに合わせた空間をゼロからつくり上げていきます。
このプロセスを丁寧に進めるには、マンションリノベを得意とする工務店さんの技術と経験が欠かせません。
そんなエスプラスさんと一緒に取り組めることが、本当に心強く、楽しみで仕方ありません。

若いご夫婦の暮らしに寄り添うキッチン
今回のプロジェクトは、若いご夫婦のためのフルリノベーション。
木のL字型キッチンと、ビビットカラーのモールテックス仕上げのアイランドキッチンを組み合わせた、これまでにない新しいデザインに挑戦します。
お客様から頂いたアイデアをベースに、私たちにとっても新たな挑戦となる提案が生まれました。
どんな空間になるのか、今から完成がとても楽しみです。

頼もしすぎる24歳の大工さん
現場で打ち合わせをしていて驚いたのは、担当の大工さんが なんと24歳。
中学を出てから大工の道に入り、すでに 10年の経験を積み、一棟まるごと任されるほどの実力の持ち主です。
若い世代が情熱を持って仕事に向き合っている姿を見ると、本当に胸が熱くなります。
お客様も監督も大工さんも、みんな若くてかっこいい。
そんなチームに囲まれていると、私もいつも以上に気合が入ります。

Kitchen Renovation for a Full Apartment Makeover Has Begun
We’ve just started a new project in collaboration with S-Plus, a construction company we previously worked with on a full apartment renovation.
They once told us, “Someday, we want to order a kitchen from you,” and we had always hoped to work together again—so this project feels like a dream come true.

The Unique World of Apartment Renovations
Renovating an apartment is completely different from renovating a detached house.
The process begins by removing everything inside and stripping the space down to its concrete structure—what we call a “skeleton” state.
From there, a new living space is built entirely from scratch, tailored to the lifestyle of the residents.
This type of renovation requires the expertise of a builder experienced with apartment projects, and working with S-Plus gives us great confidence and excitement.

A Kitchen Designed for a Young Couple
This project is a full renovation for a young couple.
We will be creating a wooden L-shaped kitchen paired with a colorful Mortex-finished island kitchen—a design approach we’ve never tried before.
The proposal came directly from the clients, opening the door to a refreshing new challenge.
We are thrilled to see how this unique kitchen will take shape.

Inspiring Encounter with a 24-Year-Old Carpenter
At today’s on-site meeting, we were surprised—and inspired—to learn that the lead carpenter is just 24 years old.
He began his career right after junior high school and has already built up over 10 years of experience, capable of handling an entire project on his own.
Seeing such passion and skill from the younger generation is truly energizing.
Surrounded by a young and talented team—the clients, the project manager, and the carpenter—I feel more motivated than ever.
